Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.

Delivery costs of the Goods/Service belong to the Buyer. If the Seller has declared on the website that the delivery fee will be covered by the Seller, the delivery costs will be borne by the Seller. Delivery of the Goods will be made within 30 (thirty) days from the date of ordering the Goods/Service by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not pay for the Goods/Service for any reason or if the payment is canceled in the bank records, the Seller is deemed to be relieved of the obligation to deliver the Goods/Service.

Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order and with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total price must be returned to the Buyer within 14 days.

After the delivery of the Goods/Service, if the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the price of the goods/service to the Seller due to the unfair or unlawful use of the Buyer's credit card by unauthorized persons, which is not due to the Buyer's fault, the Buyer shall not be delivered to him/her. is obliged to return the Goods/Service to the Seller within 3 (three) days. In this case, delivery expenses belong to the Buyer.

The Seller is responsible for delivering the Goods/Service subject to the Contract to the Buyer in accordance with the Consumer Legislation, intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any. If the Seller cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the time limit due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances that prevent transportation, he is obliged to notify the Buyer of the situation as soon as possible. If the Goods/Service subject to the contract will be delivered to a person other than the Buyer, the person to be delivered The Seller cannot be held responsible for not accepting the delivery.

Stock statuses of the products on sale are updated from the SELLER's stocks. Despite updates in seller stocks, the shipping time of products that are out of stock due to unforeseen reasons may be extended. In this case, the customer is informed by phone or e-mail. Depending on the customer's request, the order may be changed, delivery may be delayed, or the order may be canceled. In case of cancellation of the order, if the payment was made by credit card, it will be transferred back to the credit card, or if the payment was made by bank transfer, it will be transferred back to a bank account specified by the customer.

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them for damaged, broken,
packaging torn etc. In case of receiving damaged and defective goods/services from the cargo company, the responsibility rests entirely with the customer. The Goods/Service received by the Buyer from the cargo company officer will be deemed to be undamaged and intact. After delivery, the responsibility for the Goods/Service and any damages belong to the Buyer.

The CONSUMER has the right to withdraw from this Distance Sales Agreement signed with the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been unpackaged and installed and are not suitable for resale and/or return.
